We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you had in mind & so we do offer full monetary refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. After this 7 day period, we can offer a store credit or an exchange, up to the 21 day mark of receiving the product.  

- Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- They must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us at info@saivedenim.com to initiate your return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. 
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

For customers within Australia, we offer Standard Shipping.
