Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- They must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@saivedenim.com to initiate your return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

For customers within Australia, we offer Standard Shipping.

Cost: $12 AUD for the Sunday Bag
Cost: $9.95 for the cap
International Shipping
For customers outside of Australia, we offer Standard International shipping only.
Estimated transit time: 6-27 business days
